Add some diagnostics and another test #21

Added:

Dump of installed linux packages
Specific test of libgit2 and gert package

The first is to just document state of affairs. The second is meant as a regression test and could be a model for similar tests.

Hi @seandavi , I have not been changing the version number in the Dockerfile unless there is a change in the Dockerfile. Sorry for the merge delay, and thanks for the PR :D
