'has_specified_input' superclass #75

BCO asserts that 'has_specified_input' is a subclass of 'has input' from the RO, but the definition of 'has input' in the RO makes it clear that this relationship is incorrect.

The same applies for has specified output, is specified input of, and is specified output of.
