Clustering MAGs to nrMAGs #11

Hi, I was wondering if MeshClust could be used to cluster MAGs in order to dereplicate them? There is no mention of metagenome assembly in your paper and I'm wondering if the distance estimation would be sensitive to varying bin completeness and contamination levels.

It depends on the size of the metagenomes. How many genomes do you have and what is the minimum, maximum, and average length?
