Hi Martin
Thanks for your message.
(1) Sample ID 18883919 is located in Germany. See screenshot below. The recorder may have been on holiday!
(2) On registration, the user can choose their scheme and time zone. There is no requirement for them to be consistent. We can expect that people will make mistakes occasionally. If they complete registration and start sending records from Spain I think you could email them to ask... they might be on holiday too, though!
Hi @MartinMusche the Spanish recorder of moth in Germany was me! I am Cristina the eBMS coordinator working in Dutch Butterfly Conservation. Indeed it happened what Jim mentioned, I was on holiday on the Butterfly Weekend with my colleagues in Germany and we set up several moth traps, so the records are from Germany although I am not recording constantly there. This kind of samples could happen and we should be able to differentiate between occasionally or permanent traps. I open another issue for this.
I am registered as a coordinator for Germany. (1) When I download data from the moth traps there is a record from the Netherlands in the dataset: Sample ID: 18883919. (2) Just recently I received an email telling me that a new recorder was assigned to my scheme (Indicia Warehouse User ID 341890). However, the person seems to be from Spain (time zone Madrid)
