UKSI vernaculars for micro-moths #1701

While we are still looking at UKSI updating, is it possible to improve the updating of vernacular names so that we use the currently recommended ones? E.g. micro-moth Elachista maculicerusella used to be "Triple-spot Dwarf" which is the name that still appears in iRecord, but in UKSI that name is now shown as a synonym for the more recent "Canary-grass Miner".

iRecord has the name "Canary-grass Miner" but seems to be treating it as a synonym for "Triple-spot Dwarf", the latter name being the one used for reporting.

However, UKSI is still inconsistent with its vernaculars, e.g. Blastobasis lacticolella should now be linked to the vernacular "Large Pale Masoner" but UKSI has that as a synonym for the older "Wakely's Dowd". So the first task is to check what approach UKSI is taking to the new micro-moth names.
