Importer v2: Back button after import claims failure, even after success #1756

If one uses the browser back button to return to the "import success" page (i.e. after it has been reported succesful), one is alerted with a pop-up that the import failed. This behaviour seems consistent.

See #1743. A real Back button would allow control of the page that's returned to.

note that this applies after leaving the import page and returning to it via the browser back button, so does not directly relate to the use of forward/back buttons within the import process itself, which I agree would be useful.
