Changes:

Streamlined the code
Added new FingerTips indicators (5, 12, 17, 20, 27, 44, 111, 45)
Now definitions for each indicator sourced from one of the following (in order of preference):
1. Simple definition written by the team
1. Simple definition from FingerTips meta data
1. Full definition from FingerTips meta data
