supporting BIP174 in ABC #544

Hello, I would like to start a discussion about supporting BIP174 in ABC. https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0174.mediawiki

I know that this suggestion might be unwelcome due to the source of the idea, but this is still something that would be a great feature for BCH.

As the 'Motivation' section says, many different teams have implemented partially-signed transactions in various formats, but it would be nice if there were a common format.

How would this community feel about such a feature?

Note that PSBT are already supported in Bitcoin ABC. But Bitcoin ABC is no longer working on BCH. You would need to contact the people at Bitcoin Cash Node.
