Add a case study about Bitcoin Core App

It would be great to add in a case study for the work the community has done so far on Bitcoin Core App. We have a bunch of the process that has been documented already so we can easily pull in content and resources from there to tell a story.

Made a rough draft and focused on working on this. Alot more to do here but good to make a start. The rough draft contains the following headings:

Thanks for working on case study, great to see what you've put together as well as your draft. There is a draft of the case study already live. It would be great if you could merge your current document by making suggestions on the current draft here.

• The current draft has already been shared with a few people in the community so it would be great to keep that as a living working document.
• We all try to work in one document as opposed to creating many versions, it keeps the workflow nice and simple.
