Hi @BjornFJohansson, as it is we cannot export sequences with overhangs to genbank files. I wonder we could add a formatted comment to indicate the overhangs in the gb file. Two integers would be sufficient as per #147 .
I also see how maybe this does not belong in the gb file, let me know what you think.
