Delete stale branches? #159

Hi @BjornFJohansson,

I noticed there are a few stale branches that have not been developed in a while. Can they be deleted?

Absolutely, I just haven got around do do that.

I probably pushed these back by mistake. I will delete the branches pushed to the right and keep the ones on the left. Not sure what the "origin/add" is or if it is safe to delete.
