Convert PostNewtonianSelfForce results into a module #1

Instead of having a number of notebooks with the PN-SF results in, it would be nice to have a module that loads the series (stored as .m files).

The module should also load meta-data such as the series PN order, citations, etc.

The creation of this module will aid the creation of the Examples section of the Toolkit where we want to demonstrate a comparison between PN-SF and numerical SF results.

There is now a working module. A few things are still in flux but it's enough to close this issue.
