Overlay not showing #1

Users are reporting that the overlay is not showing. I am currently investigating.

In the meantime if you want to get the current buggy version working simply put anything inside the following Chambers settings: room whitelist, room blacklist, layout whitelist, and rotation whitelist. Then restart the CoX External plugin, and scout a new raid.
