add defines for v4l2 controls #5

Just noticed that the control mappings were updated in https://github.com/teknotus/depthview/tree/udev.

When I first wrote the tool to insert controls I was having trouble finding documentation of what the id numbers should be. I used numbers that I found in an example. I have since learned that non standard UVC controls should start with the private base.
