HI,

I am honestly not sure where exactly to report this. There is a factor two error in the liberator costs.

This issue is "solved" by starting the game via map path rather than map name. See also #226

Deleting C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net solved the problem also for starting the game via map name.
