Unable to update firmware on Jade #173

trying to upgrade HW Jade to new firmware. I unlock it, I get prompted to update the firmware and when I select the new version - it goes to 1% then I get a Error_Timeout and I have to restart the device otherwise I can't do anything with that.

For some reason when I try and pair with the desktop app version and go here - https://jadefw.blockstream.com/upgrade/fwupgrade.html I am unable to see any device

I tried multiple devices (both laptops and 2 mobile devices see screenshots) it didn't work.

Kindly upload your Jade Account on the online jade app then you'll be redirected to confirm your connection on Jade device. This will automatically fix the issues. Here is the online Jade app portal;
