Horizontal outer disc text #30

Rotate the symbols on the inner disc so that all text on the outer disc is horizontal (i.e. you don't have to turn the whole thing to read off the results).

The only issue is that the 2 -> label spills into the gray part.

Unfortunate that GitHub doesn't show the plaintext diff for .ps files
