I believe this is complete. It's more comprehensive, readable and shorter by removing repetition and extraneous info that can be found in the BIP.

Can you rebase/squash all these down to a small set of independent commits?

Alternately, I can just look at the total diff and copy that into my PR.

I made a PR with my changes to both blockstreamresearch/codex32/master and also to your fork with the original PR. I'll close this one, you close whichever of the two is in the wrong location.
