fix: remove "celebrating 100 million developers!" #163

I doubt this is just a temporary solution? If GitHub throws messages on calendar, then another issue and pull request should appear. Maybe we can have some methods to make sure that we've really received a calendar?

I don't write javascripts, and please don't mind if the proposal can't be implemented.

We recieve the calendar, but it's sometimes alongside something like this. I don't know if there's a common CSS className they share, but this is fine in the meantime I believe.
