PHP 7.4.2 and get_magic_quotes_gpc #392

I run PHP 7.4.2 and downloaded the contents of trunc here. There is an issue concerning get_magic_quotes_gpc. It is in inc/util.php and it happens at LINE 224.

Present is that get_magic_quotes is depreciated. So that function should be changed.
