Output hatches for multiblocks will automatically output their fluid to pipes (or presumably tanks or other fluid container blocks) connected in the direction they are facing, so why do output buses need to have their contents pulled (e.g. by hoppers or conveyor modules)? It seems to me it would be more consistent to have them also try to output automatically if they're facing a container that can accept items (I think item pipes count as containers, even if they don't have a gui).
