German translation-updates after refactoring #51

Hi @BobRay, I've translated as best as I could, but I'm fairly unsure about ugm_modified_for_upgrade_by.

I remember that that is one of the credits on the right-bottom side, right? But I've never understood the meaning, even in English :) Could you give me some info on that?

No problem -- ugm_modified_for_upgrade_by is not used in the new version. I just left it there in case it comes back down the road.

The original code I borrowed from did both install and upgrade. I modified it to do only upgrades.

FYI, there are five more strings I added in what I hope is a final commit recently:

/ System Setting Area strings / $_lang['Download'] = 'Download'; $_lang['Form'] = 'Form'; $_lang['GitHub'] = 'GitHub'; $_lang['Security'] = 'Security'; $_lang['Widget'] = 'Widget';
