1.17 CE Tool files Chernarus - minor: doesn't show the new layout of Niznoye Epoch - new POI is not on the map, Special usage area flag is not included/setup, usgFlg_Paint-Special layer is missing Anyone using the CE Tool to export a new areaflags.map will lose the new POI loot spawn potentially if you used a paint layer to add the special usage flag

This is exasterbated in 1.19 - there's no truck spawns defined for Enoch and Chernarus.
