Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This info will be needed for WordPress Central to provide information to the user

Describe the solution you'd like An API endpoint that Central can send a request to and get a respone with the server details in the plugins "Preflight Check"

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Can we use this issue as a way to revisit, test and merge this for stable release in that case?
