CartView: replace or append grid to existing distribution #88

User should be able not only to replace existing distribution for a resource, but also append a new grid.

As a first step, will allow it in a new feature - applying grids to selected records. Next, will try in regular cart.

Done in release 2.30. A part of ApplyGridWidget.
