Reported that one of a large carts (200+ titles, 1k+ items) when finalized passed validation, but failed to create MARC records. Finalizing the cart did not assigned wlo numbers prompting problems creating MARC file. No error was logged :(
Fixes to consider:
during cart finalizing, reserve a range of wlo numbers preventing another user to use them if doing simultaneous operation
display detailed error msg if orders lack wlo number (check after?, during MARC record creation?)
