Add Metadata #4

Makes the add-on installable. https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Process/Addons/Guidelines/metainfo

You properly know about this, but for newcomers, this may be the difference between "working" and not "working". I hope that's okay?

Add-on works fine now. Getting the source dimensions shouldn't be this complicated, maybe file a bug here: https://developer.blender.org/project/view/28/

Definitely increases usefulness for anyone not wanting to run it from the text editor.

It looks like the issue is known and referenced in this task: https://developer.blender.org/T40663 That task was in turn mentioned in a todo list June 2018: https://developer.blender.org/T55367

I'd like to pull out the more interesting projects into their own add-on packages for easier maintenance, adding user access things like metadata at that point. Have we reached that point with pretty_img?

Good to know that they are aware of it. You add-on imports the images fine here.
