I noticed one issue after flashing beta fw. Scooter wont make any beeps, cruise control won't work, phone will connect but not getting data from scooter and even turning scooter off won't make any sound. After turn off & ON again, it's OK. This happened me 2 times for now trough 15 rides. Can you check that?
maybe it have something to do with lock always ON option in beta. I am testing it now, with Always on when locked feature turned off.
