RiverSMART 1.3 contains a csv combiner plugin. We can use the plugin to perform the combinations of all 30 scenarios of data.

This will definitely elliminate the need for the creation of the KeySlots.csv if CRSS and the study are properly configured.
but, this will mean not relying on RWDataPlot for computing %traces less than threshold; unless we modify it to some degree. worth looking into

No longer need the create KeySlots.csv code. This can be combined in RiverSMART. Additionally, we provided a combined KeySlots.rdf file which is combined via a separate utility.

Finally, we plan to update RWDataPlyr to rely on the csv files at some point in the future.
