I created a VSCode extension for this before I saw your extension (which is much more comprehensive). I thought it would be nice to have this functionality as well... See Sass BEM Gen!

This is definitely a feature that I want to have in this extension. It raises a few questions on how it will work but I'll take a look into it :)
