In the README it says ARM is coming soon - what's the status on this?

Hey ! I didn't improve ropium for some time but I'm back working on AArch64 (A64 ISA) now :) I still have to implement some instruction semantics and then maybe add some ARM specific chaining strategies, but it's definitely progressing !
