Very slow CDN release downloads #2

Hey Zartar, congrats on the progress. Been trying to download 0.3, but download has been very slow, crashing shortly after. Are these builds intended for public access atm?

Thanks for the report! It turned out that the last build I uploaded was not compressed properly. The latest version (0.31) fixes the problem. Yes, the builds are intended for public access, I've just been a bit careless lately, my apologies for the inconvenience.
