`postX` variable for labeling #73

PostX = open time (in months) during the post period.

Questions:

  1. Should it include relative months > 24?
  2. Should it include the wash-out months in the post?

Answers are:

  1. No. If postX == 24, then it is open for the full 2 years post-implementation including the washout months.
  2. Yes. Include wash-out months when creating postX.
