With the lastest update which generates the blueprint instantaneously the Monster Masher is no longer working.
The spawners only spawn pigs instead of what they should be spawning (Zombies, Skeletons, Creepers and Spiders).
Additionally; the sign is not set with data anymore.
The chest is also a "Trapped Chest" instead of a normal chest.
