I am looking for example to get myself up to speed on using this lib. Yet, seems like the readme is not up to date. There is no MockGreeter anymore ....

I'm not sure whatever you mean by that. The readme explicitly states that "mock of protocol Greeter is called MockGreeter", it's not some concrete object in Cuckoo, it's an example.
