Error saving #17

I open the common.sav and when I attempt to make an edit and save it says "an error has occurred please report this issue" this happens with any edit on any version and no matter how many times I create a new file it still happens. I opened played made a new save and the same result.

Can you send your save file to see what goes wrong ?
