I don't have a name for this yet, but it's something that has been circling around the dark corners of my brain for a little while....
Amongst my present and former colleagues, I am often asked to weigh in on topics around Agile project management and hear refrains of "I hate agile". Digging in, a lot of this seems to be around hating the misuse of agile, by developers and project managers.
I intend to dig into a few common complaints about Agile, and more specifically Scrum, and point out where many people go wrong, how to spot the signs of Agile Misuse, and how to turn level up your teams productivity.
This wont be a Laravel specific talk - and it's more in the project management space...
