Feature name: Add a Textbook Offer/Request(Back End)
Description: A user can add a textbook offer/request to the database by entering the Title, Author, Condition, Edition, and ISBN
Requires: Adding logic to the server
Due: Milestone 1 (Proof of Concept)
Status: Implemented
Time Estimation: 3 hours.
