Create list of personal websites belonging to people in the department. #19

Inspired by that repo.

Would be a great idea because:

A Tells people who don't have a site that having one is a great way to stand out on a resume. B Gives lots of inspiration, most of which will be open source so students can learn about web-dev. C Makes people accessible to recruiters and headhunters more than just a linkedin

There was also talks of linking to Hackathon github repos to give people an idea of the projects being done there. I'll just append that idea onto this.
