TODO: Use scroll.js instead of the function defined in script.js #22

It is a scroll that slows to a stop and behaves much nicer than the default one on the site currently.

added on the twitter-feed branch, but broke some CSS stylings. I'll fix it a little later, as the hover animations were a little wonky anyways
