I worry we will be blocking off too much of the room, currently you cannot walk through chairs so having them all close together means you cannot walk in that part of the room.
It's a good start, yeah I agree Vishal, the chairs look too small or there's too much spacing between them, it looks odd. Perhaps they should be wider and join at the sides to fill the gaps?

Yeah that looks much better, what do you think?
ps if that is the case we have to do some work on making it so that you can walk between then
@jasonmash or we have slightly wider chairs https://www.dropbox.com/s/nco9crpcv0kta7o/Screenshot%202016-12-13%2015.55.05.png?dl=0
Yeah, I really like that last one you've just sent, but pick whatever is easiest to implement.
1st Choice: https://www.dropbox.com/s/npu5rau0k7bu5ub/Screenshot%202016-12-13%2015.52.31.png?dl=0 2nd Choice: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2cmpdvqlum7bt03/Screenshot%202016-12-13%2015.56.54.png?dl=0
Edited: got my links the wrong way round!
Your first choice is easiest
Let's wait and see what the rest of the group think
I have saved the first choice for now then if it needs changing back that can be done too
@TheProgrammingDuck didn't you mention making the whiteboard bigger?
Yup, I agree with the first choice of chairs. I feel like the whiteboard should be 1 tile wider on each side based on the length of the rows of chairs.
Yeah do that :) and see what it looks like
Current version
I'm happy with that current version. The tiles are easy to work with. Looks good.
I'm considering making the screen bigger. The gaps between chairs feels a bit unnatural so I'm thinking about having 3 rows of chairs followed by a gap followed by another 3 rows of chairs. This way it looks normal but you can also walk between the chairs. Or we can just keep it as it is, let me know what you guys think.
