Multiple Config file enhancements + Win support + Configurable port

• Config File enhancements
  • Simplify Config file for basic use cases -> Sample configs now have "Getting started scenarios" & "Advanced scenarios"
  • Provide support to run Multiple User project folders at one go
  • Provide advanced configurations to includeDocs and excludeDocs within the specified project folder(s)
  • Move Include / Exclude PDF pages of Docs under specialDocConfigs
  • Add Flag for createNewBuildPerDoc. A new Percy build per PDF will be created only if this flag is explicitly set as true. Changed default approach to create only 1 Percy build per run, in other cases.
• Adding Windows compatibility. Unix / Mac already working.
• Other Technical improvements
  • Percy Auto Config working directory name changed to .dist
  • Using pdfjs-dist npm package to read PDF page count programmatically
  • Make HTTP localhost port configurable using command line argument.
