Update results after new data #72

[x] double-check all p-values
[x] check lag times mentioned in writing
[x] 84% CIs now do not overlap for size and flowering (but they do for survival)
[x] think about survival ~ SPEI in fragments---that plot in particular has changed a lot
[x] make sure to re-run models with individual-level random effects where appropriate

Aariq commented 3 years ago

Figure 4b changed the most (survival in fragments). Now most of the plot is significantly different from the intercept. Need to double-check why. Super narrow CI for fitted data? Do CIs include all appropriate sources of uncertainty?
