Current budgie-control-center version

budgie-control-center 1.1.0-1 (AUR)

Use-cases

The default terminal is used by file managers and budgie-desktop-view

Seems reasonable. Note ... this issue was raised also on the gnome-control-center tracker but no one has taken up the challenge to implement.
