The "Monthly Report Automation" project aims to streamline the creation of monthly reports by automating the processes involved in managing expenses and compiling performance reports. This automation will reduce the manual effort required, enabling senior employees to focus more on strategic planning and decision-making.

PROBLEM

• Manual Effort and Repetitive Tasks: Currently, the process of compiling full board monthly reports involves significant manual effort. This includes gathering data, organizing it, and creating reports, which are repetitive and time-consuming tasks. The current process requires collaboration from multiple team members, including Kak David, Kak Kayla, Karina, and Kak Bella, further complicating the coordination and increasing the time spent on report generation.

• Inefficient Use of Senior Employees' Time: Senior employees spend a considerable amount of time writing and compiling reports instead of engaging in strategic planning and high-value activities. This is not an optimal use of their expertise and experience.

SOLUTIONS

• Expense Management Automation: Implement an automated system to handle the collection, categorization, and analysis of expense data. This system will pull data from relevant financial systems, categorize expenses, and generate detailed expense reports with minimal human intervention.

• Performance Report Automation: Develop a performance report automation tool that collects data from various operational and performance tracking systems. This tool will aggregate key performance metrics, generate visualizations, and compile comprehensive performance reports automatically.
