STL -> LA Rams #151

Hello All, what's the plan for the STL -> LA Rams? Will the code change?

Is it safe to add them to the team table as a new entry in the meantime? Or will it break something (because than there will be two teams with the name "Rams"). What will be the accronym for the team? According to the table on nfl.com (e.g. http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2016081353/2016/PRE1/cowboys@rams?icampaign=GamePass_ScoreStrip_watch#menu=gamepass&tab=recap) it is "LA".

According to this issue this can be done and works.
