Moves our symbiosis.cnf into the mariadb.conf.d directory, and renames to 99-symbiosis.cnf to override previous (default) configuration of the bind-address.
Ups the default-mysql-server dep to pull in the stretch version, definitely upgrading to mariadb, which we're now assuming is installed.
Finally, runs mysql_upgrade on the tables (which apparently needs to be done on each mariadb upgrade anyway).
An unanswered question is whether we need to reduce the innodb_buffer_pool from its new default of 128M back to its jessie value of 64M, to reduce memory pressures during the upgrade.
