Don't call all CO2 release respiration #17

EX_co2_e is not just respiration. That CO2 could be coming from anything, i.e. fermentation reactions will also release CO2. Rename respiration to "CO2 release" or something.

I believe that CUE really needs CO2 release, not just the respiration flux because it was originally interested in CO2 returning to the atmosphere.

I've changed the results table and the plots in the C-N-ATPM simulations to call respiration "CO2" and exudation "organic_c" so that the focus is on the state of the carbon, rather than the process. Image

Then on the c-sources branch, I fixed the plot for fates on all the single carbon sources.
