Erin Alvarico has taken the initiative to embellish the README for system-design-project. She wishes to outline the project's projections and roadmap: Crusine's summary, perks, features, and goals. (This issue does not require coding nor art design)

Successfully wrote up a summary of Crusine and added some other sections to explain the design and build. Pushed directly to the repository as I wanted to preserve the GitHub Markdown/Formatting principles. Looking to utilize some of the written summaries in the About Page of Crusine. Hoping for a review for any changes.

Teammates have checked over and corrected any potential grammatical errors. Added tagline and freshened up GitHub markdown text for readability. Will add more information at a later date when it arises. As of right now, closing the issue.
