Tasks #38

Create an issue/epic for set of tasks a user can do during a usability test - come up with 5 unique sets of tasks. Sets of tasks should be something a normal user would do. A set of tasks need to be more than "go to X page" or "find X button"

These sets of tasks could be something like:

  • Login into the website using XXXX and YYYY username and password
  • Add two items to your cart
  • Go to your cart and remove on item
  • Checkout and purchase the item

Now you might be wondering how your team is going to do “logins” and such. Well for this class we are not doing any complex backend work. All you need to do for a login is simply have the website look like it is logging in. In this example your “login” button can simply just redirect the user to the homepage. This thus “simulates” logging in. These sets of tasks will be used to conduct usability tests later on in the projects.
